The reason that they couldn’t send the F16s earlier is that America wouldn’t give them permission until they committed to buying more American jets. Permission was only granted after the Danish commited to buying 27 F35s in September 2023. And let’s not pretend it’s because the Danish were waiting for the replacements, as they won’t be delivered for another few years.
Same with all the other nations that wanted to donate F16s. The permission was only granted after each one signed a new purchase contract. Lockheed suddenly made over $70billion of sales last year. This war is a sickening money making exercise for America at the expense of innocence Ukrainian lives
Well let’s give 🇺🇦 all the updated long range weapons that the F-16can carry. Hopefully they will but I know that when Harris wins the President seat that Ukraine will get much more help.
