It looks like OP posted an AMP link. These should load faster, but AMP is controversial because of [concerns over privacy and the Open Web](https://www.reddit.com/r/AmputatorBot/comments/ehrq3z/why_did_i_build_amputatorbot).

Maybe check out **the canonical page** instead: **[https://theprint.in/economy/253788-thats-no-typo-its-how-much-indian-crude-exports-to-europe-have-risen-since-2018/2247744/](https://theprint.in/economy/253788-thats-no-typo-its-how-much-indian-crude-exports-to-europe-have-risen-since-2018/2247744/)**

    2. Well it was obvious that Russian oil and gas will find its way to EU. It is also obvious that Russia is not getting as big of a cut of the profits for that oil and gas which is the “lesser evil”, but at this point we have no other option that wont kill our economy. I hope for a faster transition towards renewables and that more countries in EU will think on nuclear energy as well, because we cannot go 100% or even ~70% renewables in most of the EU countries.

Tbh this is on europe. You know what you are buying. India is wrong when it buys from Russia but europe has no responsibility when it buys from India? We all know they buy Russian oil

Just Balalaika oil with Bindi red dot on the barrel.
And Europe knows it very very well.

More research is required, but I have an founded guess that this rise corresponds with the rise of Ukrainians killed in the same period.

Oh we do not rely on Russia any more. What a success of EU policy! /s

For real, without cheap gas or oil from Russia, I can’t imagine what we would do. Probably more wars in the middle east to get more access to cheap oil..

      It’s called reality

You want to ban Russian oil, but in reality you need it, so you now still have to buy it but with higher price

Business is business. India will do whatever it takes to see a profit while Russia is being a dick, and we can’t blame them. They are a sovereign country. The EU can stop buying from India, but there will be more problems. Let it be.
