I doubt this is different in other countries.
CH social mix is not that bad: nearly everyone goes to public schools (not like in the UK or the US), and you have less ghetto or very popular neighborhood.
A work colleague went to visit Romania. She was surprised to see that people are actually not black/dark skinned.

Meaningless article
Lots of people are in clubs. They’re often quite mixed. So I’m gonna disagree here.
We’re creating those bubbles along political fault lines. Left-leaning people cluster in the cities, where the political majority is being used to shape them even more appropriate to the wishes of the inhabitants and the same is happening in the countryside. At the same time we’re also failing to integrate major migrant communities. It’s a circle that’ll be hard to break out of.
guess what, mandatory military service actually allow many to know people from extremely different and diverse backgrounds that they wouldn’t even encounter in real life. That’s one of the few good things about the service ahah
