If deputy ministers or other related individuals can move into the listed positions, I would consider that a healthy staff rotation. Disruptive, possibly, but it can put fresh eyes on a situation as serious as a wartime administration. Let’s see.

When is the the next presidential election? Does Zelenskyy maintain a high approval rating sufficient to get reelected? Is he eligible?
I think he’s a fantastic leader but I wonder if he is now looking for peace at significant cost, trying to save what’s left of his country. The West let him down unfortunately with all the delays and rules.
