Perché questa senape è così buona?

Seriously. I have had a lot of mustards in my life. Used to live in Germany. I’m from Chicago, but this is hands down the best I’ve had. I can’t place what makes it so good. Maybe the seed they use? Or spices. Is there anything better? I’m all ears.
