Why it’s not an option? Just four buckets of concrete. Super cheap and will do the job. If you do it carefully, no one will notice.
If you really don’t want to do it, complain to landlord and ask to do. Or permission to do.
just build new pavement. Your landlord will be pleased
Maybe some planks of wood?
Shame you can’t concrete it but have you asked the landlord about it? Maybe they’d be alright with concrete
I’ve seen ppl putting a piece of hood at the bottom, but it’s not the most correct option tbh
