      Lufthansa I’m not surprised, I mean look at DB…

      But SWISS? I’m shocked to hear this I’m telling you 😱.

      I find this hard to believe. I regularly fly Swiss and EasyJet and the latter are ALWAYS late, sometimes by hours.

    4. SWISS is dogshit especially the app. I accidentally canceled my back home flight because the garbage app is either lagging, not responding or does cancellations without confirmations. So I wanted a rollback. Customer Service was useless and because they response via email takes longer than 3 weeks, they basically said, “well, can’t help you. the cancellation is already processes. your 1300€ are lost, bye bye.”

      Both companies are also famously nice to their customers.
