You have the superlight ticket which means you can take your tiny bag and put it under the seat. This ticket doesn’t allow larger carry-on bags (and if it did the combined weight would be 8kg). I agree things are confusing (I think this is the point so they can charge you extra, maybe I’m being cynical here, but Finnair’s economy product is one of the worst)

After flying with them a lot recently I have noticed a lot of people getting very confused and worried about what they can and can’t take. A few cabin crew have stated that the rules just make their job more difficult and passengers extra stressed.

I used to take a small rucksack which easily fits under the seat and to be honest I have no idea if it fulfills the superlight rules or not. I guess it depends on how much you squeeze it.

I’ve seen one lady being asked to pay for her small handbag in addition to her laptop bag – she tucked it into the laptop bag (which was fine) then immediately took it out again….

They’re trash. I once bought luggage because it said it wasn’t included but then in the airport when printing the tags I could select two, so I lost the money (they didn’t want to return). At that point I wondered why Finnair and not Ryanair.
