I think Ukraine will be manufacturing some of the best weaponry very quickly, especially drone warfare technology. It does need a massive investment in something similar to ICBM development though.
I would love to see a crowd funded ICBM and paint it the communities choice like…

I think countries that have to buy foreign equipment tbw should do that. As much as I feel for them, you can’t ask countries with industries competing to do that. Military industry is the foundation of a country’s army. If you produce your own equipment, you got to sell it otherwise you lose money, which impacts R&D, then kill your business, and then your country has to buy foreign equipment, with all the liabilities that comes with it.

If you want voters in somewhere like the US to support this, Ukrainian defense companies will need to partner with American ones so that it can be spun like the money is going to support American jobs.
