Ho appena ricevuto un SMS che non credo provenga affatto da DHL ed è una sorta di truffa di phishing, ma la mia preoccupazione è come fanno a usare conti REALI che non hanno numeri e non puoi chiamare, non puoi l’sms non può fare nulla ed è registrato come DHL?

Ignore it, it’s a scam message like the ones supposedly coming from Macedonia’s official post.
For starters, DHL always includes the DHL tracking number of your package in the message so you know exactly which shipment they’re referring to. Second, only DHL Express sends text messages and they refer to themselves as DHL Express in the message.
Here’s what an actual DHL Message for a package I received a few weeks ago looks like

If they don’t include the tracking number of your package the message is fake!
DHL eCommerce(the non-express regular DHL) never sends messages like this since packages from them get delivered to the main post office in your city.
