“The state-owned heat and gas provider for Vienna, Wien Energie, will avoid purchasing Russian gas and ensure none is sold to its customers from 2025, according to a statement on Friday (13 September).”
Ditch, or be forced to, because there will be no flow through the pipe after end of 2024?
Nice of Austria to show some spine.
Or will they just start buying that same gas from some middle man, transported half way around the globe and sold to them at double the price?
What will they replace it with though?
