Remember that Nazi Germany and Soviet Union were officially alllied from August 23rd 1939 to June 22nd 1941.
Russians may lie all they want, but Europe will never forget – war started in September 1939, when Third Reich and USSR invaded Poland.
Now Russian propaganda either keeps silent about this, or says “we saved the Poles from the Nazis”, or says “it’s their own fault”.
Also remember that Russia also invaded the Baltic states and Finland prior to this.
