The first country to suggest ceding territory again, should start by offering some of their own to sweeten the deal.

A ceasefire would be worthless. My money would be a settlement based on what Finland had to sign in 1944.
Russia needs to leave *ALL* of Ukraine, including Crimea. They need to get the fuck out and never come back.
Ukraine gets to join NATO and the EU, and any other organizations they want to join. No concessions.
