I bet he uses mostly Belorussian soldiers because he can’t spare many troops after loosing a million soldiers if his own.
I also bet he has them doing nuclear attack drills where a ballistic missile hits a target and soldiers in nuclear gear simulate taking the target area after “the blast”.
This guy lost and is trying to strengthen his bargaining position in the peace deal.

It’s a brag and an imitation of the US and NATO who can conduct military operations and exercise at the same time. RUZ just bragged it had 400 ships in an exercise, half of which must have been lifeboats attached to other ships. It was just ridiculous, as this is hilarious posturing. The West can be at war and conduct operations training (“exercises”) but RUZ can ill afford it right now.

Luka should be trying to cozy up to the west with the writing on the wall. He has already released loads of political prisoners for a second time. He knows what’s coming. He needs to find a way to separate from Putin as much as possible.
He’s toast either way, but at least he can try and soften the blow he has coming to him.
Pretty sure Poland and the NATO troops stationed in country would be happy to greet them.
