Sulle mie mappe vedo che dovrei prendere il numero 13 o 14, ma ci sono solo 10 treni che arrivano qui. Sono nel posto sbagliato? Dovrei prendere il 10? Dovrei essere su una piattaforma diversa?

You are in the metro station, Line 13 and 14 are busses, so they are above ground.
Like the other commenter said 13 and 14 are busses and are above ground. Trams and busses have different icons on Maps
