If the RCC just dumped the celibacy rule, which has no biblical foundation AFAIK, they’d turn themselves around; as well as get a much healthier and rounded priesthood.

I’m not entirely sure but I think if I was caught having sex with kids, my company wouldn’t just relocate me.
Hard to say for sure though, because it hasn’t happened thousands of times in my company like it has in the church.

Is it only ok to criticise the Catholic religion because it’s the majority? Or because of what religious orders following the faith have done in Ireland and other places, if so shouldn’t other religions be held to the same standards?

I have to be honest, I have considered it. I don’t have a religious bone in my body but you get accommodation, and decent working conditions. All you have to do is go up on stage a couple of times a week and read the script.
