I’ve said this since day 1. Why on earth are UA using a software made by a russian? He’ll create a backdoor for the FSB!
Lol they’re just doing this now? There’s a reason govt employees in the US can’t use TikTok or Telegram on work phones.
Ukraine should just spin up their own instance of Signal and pay Signal (the company) a few million a year for support and consultancy. Then just have that and that *alone* on all secured phones.
Win/win.
Theoretically you are not supposed to use state-issue or Work devices for ALL social network platform. Period.

What is a good alternative messenger to use for private communications? Previously I’ve had problems with Whatsapp because it wouldn’t deliver notifications once the history got too long. Is there something else?
