      >Explosions were reported at an ammunition depot in Russia’s Krasnodar region early on September 21, according to eyewitness reports.

      >The accident reportedly occurred in the Tikhoretsk district, with local residents confirming that the target was a military ammunition storage facility. Meanwhile, the governor of the Krasnodar region, Veniamin Kondratyev, stated that two drones were intercepted by air defense and electronic warfare systems. **However, he noted that debris from one of the drones caused a fire, which spread to explosive materials, resulting in a series of detonations.** The cause of the fire and the explosions cannot be independently confirmed.

The drones were “intercepted” – but the mission to destroy ammo depots was successful.

Russia claims they intercept drones no matter what the outcome. Why lie, though, when the huge fireballs of detonating ammo are there to disprove the lie?
