I assume this is something to pair well with a pastry or morning cake. Doesn’t sound horrible, actually, if not a bit too sugary.

In clonakilty they had iirc honey mustard sausages, which were the little mustard seeds in them. As well as the black pudding sausages that were later sold in the shops, though I don’t always see them in stock.

The lads who make these are a sound bunch to be fair and have a tonne of different flavours. Well worth the try!
