TLDR: Over 37,000 Russian owned companies are now registered in Georgia, with more than 30,000 set up after 2022. This accounts for about 8.1% of all active companies in the country.
Most of them are IT indmetsarmebi that serve the only purpose to legalize a remote foreign job somehow. I still have one registered to my name but I don’t use it since I left, gonna close when I visit Georgia again.
