Hopefully it includes stuff to outfit brigades. As good as missiles and stuff are, I’ve always been worried about Zelensky’s claim that only a couple brigades could be outfitted.

but domesticly…. damn, gonna make things like student loans, cleaning up messes, or improving fresh water arguments of “we can’t find the funds” (esp when it’s like just in the hundreds of millions) really really reeeeeeeally awkward. LOL and that’s a good thing.
