Deportation is what we need for these awful people. They shouldn’t even be allowed to live here any longer once they’ve committed such action(s).
The bigger question: what actually works in Ireland?
Since the article is paywalled I can’t see what sentence he actually received. While the behaviour is clearly sexual harassment it probably just wasn’t “severe enough” for a prison sentence when weight up against other offenders. Would be good to know what the actually sentence was and if there were restrictions imposed on his employment.
Deportation for sexual offences.
Is this the same guy who got sacked from Aldi because they didn’t want to hire a sex offender and then he got compensated for that? Also the victim would visit the store.
Because if not this is a suspiciously similar story.
