Slovacchia: l’IVA su libri, e-book e audiolibri sarà ridotta al 5%

Following a massive backlash, the government has backed down and decided to lower the tax on books to 5%, instead of the originally planned increase from 10% to 23%. The 5% tax will now also apply to e-books, which were previously not included in the 10% tax.
