I wonder of this is it:

But something still doesn’t fit. There’s an օ in that word.
The last word looks to be village (գիւղ). Gonna hazard a guess that the first word is Yerevan
The first word is Երիզայի, which refers to [this city](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erzincan).
And the last word is village. So the second word is the name of the village. Tried looking around on Google maps but couldn’t find a name that was similar
