Salve, ho alcune domande riguardo i miei riscaldatori. Non si riscaldano come dovrebbero. Ad esempio, attualmente li metto su 5 e si scaldano appena (come un 2). Qualche idea sul perché non si riscaldano correttamente? Ho allegato una foto.

It could be anything, really, and any answer will be guesswork and fortune telling. It could be the thermostate, it could be air in the heater, it could be the main heating somewhere in the building not working properly, anything.
Call up your landlord, inform them about the issue and demand that they or the housing association (Hausverwaltung) look into the problem.
did you bleed it? aka if its full of air, water cant stream through, doesnt heat. you have to release the air every now and then… which is called bleeding.
