      None of the stores near me sell spaetzle and sadly I don’t have the time to make it from scratch so I made mashed potatoes. I don’t have a pic, but I made two apple strudels to go with it for dessert.

      you dont want to drown it in sauce or the crust will get soggy

      Dont put sauce on anything that is crunchy it will get soggy really quick

      So in my region we usually just serve fries with it. Skip the Rotkraut. And no worries, Jaegerschnitzel need to drown in a creamy Mushroom Sauce. The green Parsley is great! I think you did a great job. Looks delicious

    5. The sauce should not be on top, but a lot of restaurants here do that as well. The sauce itself looks great. The schnitzel seems to be very thick for our standards. It should basically be as flat as humanly possible without ripping apart. The breading also looks kind of off, that should just be a rather thin layer.

      Anyhow, this does looks very delicious and I would love to have that for dinner or lunch. Honestly, I actually would also not turn it down for breakfast, because I am weird like that.
