Dopo aver creato il post originale https://www.reddit.com/r/Switzerland/comments/1g1wx1w/confusing_deal_at_migros/ uno dei gestori del negozio ha riconosciuto i propri Migros e mi ha chiesto di contattarli per un regalo. Felice di dire che ce l’hanno fatta. Non solo hanno risolto l’affare confuso, ma mi hanno anche fatto davvero un grande regalo!

Last time I noticed and mentioned such a price mistake all I got was a really long waiting time while they tried to reimburse me the money I overpaid… So good manager, indeed.

This is the kind of story I bring up regularly when people ask why I love Switzerland. People on average are just decent and do intelligent stuff.
