None of that will ever happen. I don’t see it as possible under current military-political leadership in our country. The plan is just a list of wishes and does not address domestic problems at all.
Don’t really need a published list to know that they need to outlast Russia and a massive amount of support to do it. (Or for NATO to tuck up their skirts and step in.)
Fortunately/unfortunately, it seems Russia has recently decided that the best way to diminish support for Ukraine is to commit sabotage in Europe. We’ll see how that plays out…
