Lovely country, lovely people. Unfortunately the corruption of the politicians and the apathy of its citizens prevents Malta from being the gem it could be
There was a time when people were kind and amazing, were you could swim across the bay to get an icecream, it was safe for kids to play on the streets till late at night.
Long gone now. Corruption and greed has led to an overpopulated unsafe concrete jungle.
I miss when we were poorer but happier. Life was simple back then
