The Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court is the treaty that established the International Criminal Court. It was adopted at a diplomatic conference in **Rome, Italy** in 1998

Just because I see many people not understanding how the ICC operates:

**This arrest warrant is in no way or form instantly meaning „Netanyahu is guilty“.**

It is just the usual action the ICC takes when it prosecutes someone for these kind of crimes. It doesn’t mean the person is automatically guilty. **This would be decided in a court case itself, as it should.**

Edit: to the people who downvote this: Maybe learn to differentiate between your opinion and factuality. Whatever your opinion on Israel, Netanyahu or this conflict doesn’t change how this court operates and how we decide that someone is guilty of a crime.

Will now every country saying this be posted here? Obviously the ICC member states have to arrest him
