      If they only want one and they plan on returning it, I don’t see the issue. They probably get bored of the park anyway.

      Those are public property and according to the bye laws posted in Phoenix Park “for the use of the citizenry of Dublin and it’s environs for sport, recreation and decoration”.

      So it’s grand. Go get one.

      The big wigs down at the four courts don’t want you to know this, but the deer in the park are free! Bring em home on the luas, that’s free too.
