Ho la porta come mostrato nell’immagine e nel cavo. Ho ancora bisogno di un elettricista?
Vorrei ricaricare la mia auto con 11kwh.
Voglio solo trascurare la necessità di chiedere di venire a controllare un elettricista perché potrei già avere le cose per un’opzione di ricarica per un’auto elettrica da 11 kWh.

No, if you charge from the port with red cover you dont need electrician. You would only need one if you wanted to install one of those wall mounted charging stations instead of that
The socket with the red cover is voimavirtapistoke in Finnish and with that and an appropriate cable you can charge your car with 11kW.
Does your charger allow you to change the plug from schuko (regular 230v plug) to the red one? Is that what’s in pic 2? If so, you’re good to go! Just change the plug and start charging.
