Anyway, I am pretty sure there is corruption in the drug traffic, and that some managing the country have interest in keeping it prohibited
I’d appreciate that. Yet, probably France can’t allow the commercial sale and therefore, no big tax money will come in. Germany walks a tight rope between legalisation and EU and international agreements to ban drugs.
