      I hope Bashkiria will be independent one day! As a Turkic person I would like to see another independent Turkic country ☺️🕊️

      The Bashkirs have much more East Asian ancestry than their neighboring Volga Tatars and that shows up in their looks. Many Volga Tatars can pass as Russian while that is rarely the case for Bashkirs.
