I would have thought the role of the RSA is not to dictate to the populace, rather improve road safety for them no matter what legal travel method they choose.
If there is an agreement restriction on public use of these devices, fair enough. But otherwise isn’t the RSA about to be disbanded?

Just yesterday I was walking through Summerhill, a bunch of teenagers surfing on scramblers (literally standing) speeding up and down the road, a Garda vehicle came towards them, saw them and turned around lol, wish I caught it on video.

Curious to how often it was actually the fault of the scooter though, people in their steel boxes these days drive like complete fuck heads.
