Sooner or later Europe MUST fight back.
Well, we could start softly by closing the Baltic sea which is a NATO lake now from boats carrying rüssian cargo or going to rüssian ports. If they don’t obey the rules then we can make a small exception here too.
Keyword is “may”. It’s a political way to say something without actually standing behind what you just said.
I expected more vigor from Germany. Way more proactive standing than what we see since February 2022.

I mean, if you want to go to war, casus belli is whatever you say it is, historically. If hybrid war isn’t real war, then you can hybrid war them back with no consequences. Do you need NATO support for that? What does “trigger NATO defence” mean? you want an aircraft carrier in the Baltic? Green Berets in Ukraine (prettty sure they’re already there)? What? Short of real war, not sure what the hope is here.
