It works the same way it does in your language, but with some words being compound, that’s all.
Is it really though? Finnish works pretty much like English in this regard, only some of the words are combined.
Same logic in English would be “seventhousand sevenhundred seventyseven”
Be glad we don’t use a bonkers counting system like fr£nchies do.
