It’s a metal thing with water in it that dispenses water to someone who pays for water.
I hear that these things are never cleaned so I wouldn’t really drink water from it.

Water in Cyprus isn’t fit for drinking.
You need to use a filter system if you want to drink tap water
Otherwise these things let you fill up the big bottles that you plug into the water dispensing machines.
