Qualche esperienza?

Thing that can bring price higher is that they very likely replace the blinds with the exactly same model, to keep everything looking exactly the same (shape and colors). Comparing prices to Ikea is not really any use, because blinds used in building when it was built and original blinds were installed are probably not from there.

A common scam. You’re supposed to be given a chance to fix it yourself before they try and bill you.

    3. Just pay it, 320e is cheapish for custom one including other expenses

Sato is the worst, had one time asunto and never again with them!

    5. The work involved is not only attaching the blinds to window. They write down the prob, allocate a man to measure and plan what is needed and go on site, order the blinds, install, financial book keeping and management for the process.

It’s backoffice labor, two visit onsite, goods. non of this is free.

Hope you can negotiate the price down.

Most likely the service charge was a minimum of two hours, maybe even three. This isn’t a bazaar; one cannot just estimate the proper price and then start hagling (in general, not just OP). There is a reason the prices end up as high as they do.

Knowing how Sato works, I’d have fixed this myself before moving out. I am sure they will send you a nice itemisation.
