Unsure about the name Edit: Name is correct, just noticed it on the stamp lol.
This stamp was stamped when he was released from a concentration camp and upon googling the name it seems that von Dornik-Plotner was a konsul official for the Czechoslovak goverment here in South Africa at the time.
