Why is Ukraine hated by CE countries while loved by Nordic countries? You can see very high approval ratings for Ukraine in countries like Sweden, but it’s among the most hated countries in the Czech Republic alongside Russia and China. Very weird. Do slavs just hate each other’s guts?

Austrian (even with Bohemian roots!) here. Can confirm we love you back, which makes kinda sense since we share a large part of food culture and everyone knows that there is literally no greater bilateral unifying element above cuisine. You have by far the better beer though.
