Un altro cavo danneggiato

I wonder if this one is deliberate, along Vihdintie (120) there has been some extreme flooding and land movement, a large section of pavement has been completely blocked off for pedestrians and cyclists. I don’t know if something like that could damage an internet cable? There’s also multiple sites of construction in the area. But best bet is probably still Russia 🙁
