Volevo dire che lo sto chiedendo qui. Non vendo nulla su Ricardo da molto tempo. Due settimane fa ho venduto qualcosa lì. Le commissioni ammontavano al 12%. All’inizio mi chiedevo chi mi avesse mandato i soldi dall’estero. Ora è chiaro che dietro a tutto questo c’è Ricardo. Devo pagare delle commissioni alla mia banca se qualcuno mi invia denaro dall’estero. Ho già contattato Ricardo. La coda è durata un’eternità. Il supporto non è stato davvero carino. Hanno anche riattaccato il telefono. Ho chiesto a Ricardo di trasferirmi dalla banca 1,50 CHF per le commissioni. Si sono rifiutati. Cosa dovrei fare? Dopotutto, pago abbastanza tasse. Non ho il coraggio di pagare altre commissioni.

Yeah Adyen is a payment processor.
Probably Ricardo is right and they lust have stated some fees somewhere in their conditions.
Nothing is free nowadays, if you want to have those 1.5 CHF then don’t use their payment escrow service.
Is this about 1.50 CHF? Just let it go is my expert advice

On a side note: when you use the “Versandetikette” provided by ricardo for sending an item with Swiss Post, ricardo charges you the full postage fee but they get charged substantially less by swiss post.
Banks charging fees for incoming transactions is almost unheard of. Not even UBS does that. What bank are you using?
