Una delle stanze (non so quale) è molto più fredda del resto dell’appartamento. È qui che dovrei sistemare il problema? Quando giro le cose sferiche bianche in alto non cambia nulla. Può essere rotto? E’ da un bel po’ di tempo che la stanza è più fredda delle altre, almeno qualche anno.. Grazie!

It does take up to 12 hours to change the room temperature in any noticeable way, heating and cooling systems are very sluggish.
So, you need to manually turn those knobs for the entire apartment/house? There’s one thing you can do to see if heat is actually getting sent which is to turn the knob and observe the red meter. Turning the knob should should move the spring up (closing) and down (open). If it doesn’t move it’s bad and it needs to be checked. if its 0 and above it means the heat isn’t being provided. The way I see it, only the far 2 on the right are getting a lot of heat.
Don’t touch the bottom indicators. They are preset by a professional to ensure a well flow distribution. In german it’s called „Hydraulischer Abgleich“
You can use the knobs on the top to open it further. You can experiment by turning it fully down. The current throughput would be then indicated on the bottom transparent thing. The more l/min it shows the more warm water flows to the room basically.
Beware that floor heating takes up to a day to show effect.

swiss plumber back to action, so you are supposed to use only the white knobs on top to open and close each circuit,
as the guy already said, it need some time to actually change the temperature of the circuit, but it can happen that the little needle inside the white knob get stuck in closed position, therefore the flow meter will stay at 0L/min.
here i can give you a quick but not perfect solution, unscrew the white knob till get lose, then pull it upward, and then try to gently hit with something ( i normally use the back of a screwdriver) the little needle, then put back the knob and try to close the circuit, you should see the flow meter actually moving. if something it’s unclear hit me up, if that doesn’t work maybe there’s Air in the system and that’s a bit more complicated to solve as no plumber.
