    1. This is Ironwort or Sideritis. I can’t find any info about it being safe for people breastfeeding however it has been used for a very long time so it may be safe. There is not enough research to say otherwise so if you want to be safe ask a doctor.

      When I was pregnant I recall being told by a doctor to avoid some kinds of tea but I don’t remember specifically about this one, because I’m not a fan of it.. so idk, I wouldn’t risk it.

      I found a Greek chart that places the mountain tee in the low risk category.

      I know many women usually use wild weeds (not the correct word but no idea how they are called in English) like dandelions and nettle. They boil them and eat them with olive oil and lemon. They help produce more milk. I’m sure if you have travelled to Greece you’ve probably seen them at restaurants.
