The same thing happened in Armenia during the 2018 revolution. There, prison places were ended, and they began to overcrowd prisoners in rooms. Rooms designed for two prisoners were filled with five or more. But even if this happens, prison places will eventually end, and protesters will win.

Overcrowded prisons, or releasing the not important prisoners like Thieves, robbers, drugs dealers, Scammers, maybe even Pedos and killers to make room for the People who go out to protests, People who wave the EU flag! Or Sell illegal Fireworks! Or People thet wear GasMask illegally!

Citizens pay taxes to fund the police as well as prisons, so they will just build more prisons or buy buildings and turn them into prisons.
