Chi dobbiamo contattare? Grazie per qualsiasi informazione o approfondimento.

Why would you and how much do you think you are entitled to? The price of a few Ohropax?
as a compensation you are entitled to trains that run on time 🙂
I have lived close to the main railway tracks between Olten and Zürich for over 20 years. Never gotten a single Franken of compensation for all the nighttime construction that went on a few meters away. I have lived close to the main railway tracks between Olten and Zürich for over 20 years.
Doesn’t mean you can’t try and ask them.
No you are not entitled to compensation, this is the price you pay when you move to a railline. It was there before you and will be there after you.

Found this in regards to construction sites for the Romandie area. Since the state and the department of transport have given the go ahead you won’t receive any compensation from SBB,but you could ask your landlord (if you’re renting) for rent reduction for the construction time.
I hoped this helped you.
am i the only one wondering how SBB invented time travel? (date range in the first row)
Not from the SBB but from your landlord.

Was the rail built after you moved there?
No, there is no compensation.
I also live next to a railway and was never bothered by nighttime work yet. To be fair, they never came with a jackhammer, just with specialised train cars.

Not even close for some compensation they warned you so you will get nothing. You can make a complain and thats it.
Call them and they will send you a head-fondler 😜
