Sure, why not!
Assaulting a Guard and threatening to expose intimate images gets you a suspended. So does possession of child pornography, etc, etc, etc.
Seems every other criminal scrote gets bail to commit more crimes before the obligatory suspended sentence, so why is this news?
Not as if there’s an actual deterrent for committing any crime anyway!
