
Il contratto scade il 31.12.2024. Mi è stato detto che il giorno 01.12.2024 avrei ricevuto un’offerta per prolungare il contratto, ma ciò non è mai avvenuto. Ho contattato l’assistenza e ho ricevuto questa risposta. Non ho intrapreso alcuna azione per risolvere il contratto. Non è chiaro da dove abbiano preso l’idea di un accordo “reciproco”. Potreste consigliarmi cosa fare?

I don’t see where you got the idea that there’s a mutual agreement here.
They say that either side can decide to end the contract after the contract’s minimum term elapses, and here they decided it themselves (“Von diesem Kündigungsrecht haben wir Gebrauch gemacht.”).

“Could you advise me on what to do?” -> check24, get a new line asap, move your number over if you care to keep it.
They’re saying that the contract that you have allows both sides to choose not to extend the contract beyond the minimum agreed upon duration. And they have decided that they will not extend the contract – same way you could’ve done from your side if you wanted to.
As to what you can do, I guess look for another provider?
