Dato che mi sono trasferito solo 2 settimane fa e la muffa è già comparsa, deve essere facile dimostrare che è colpa del proprietario o dell’inquilino precedente, giusto? Sono andato in onda religiosamente ogni mattina e sera. Forse c’era già della muffa e l’hanno semplicemente dipinta sopra? Dovrei parlarne con il padrone di casa? O dovrei semplicemente provare a sbarazzarmene da solo usando alcuni prodotti chimici? Va notato che è estremamente difficile trovare un appartamento qui (Berlino)

Tell the landlord ASAP.
They know of course. But leaving it any longer without notice gives them the opportunity to blame you.
Document document document. Pictures, dates and copies of your communication with the landlord.
